LiabilityThe organizers of the 11th Annual CUGH Conference act as agents only and will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to conference participants, either during or as a result of the conferences or during all tours. It is, therefore, recommended that participants arrange for their own personal health, accident, and travel insurance.
The liability of persons or enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole venue is Washington, DC.

The registration and information desk at the Washington Hilton Hotel will be open on Friday, April 17, 2020 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, and the following days during official conference hours.
Individuals attending the 2020 CUGH Global Health Conference may be audiotaped, videotaped, or photographed during the course of the event, and by attending grant permission for their likenesses and the content of their comments, if any, to be broadcast, webcast, published, or otherwise reported or recorded.
By registering for the conference, individuals also opt in to receive updates and information about the event and other CUGH activities.
